Welcome To Positive Eating

This Blog is dedicated to all those trying to bring more positive energy into their lives. This is a daily practice and is by no means easy. Since food is energy I decided to make the food I eat as well as the act of eating and cooking it as positive and fun as possible. By no means am I even close to figuring this out! Please take this journey with me and offer as much guidance, support and humor as you like!

Hey there Matt,

What can I say - except that I can feel the light and the love...
What a great way to meet people and share all that you have to offer. Wish I was closer so I could stop by for lunch, looks yummy!
Warmest regards,
Rebecca

Hey Matt,
Great job pointing out how simple it can be to eat healthy at work -- and still eat something yummy! I think "on the job" cooking classes should be your next adventure!

Hi, My name is Ryan.

For the past 2 + years I have been living, working, training, nourishing, laughing and thinking with Matt.

I've come to his blog to post a few of the positive things that have happened in my life since I started Matt's positive eating program....

Cured Hypothyroidism - I was diagnosed, took a pill for 4 years, and now there is no sign of the disease in my body...

No More Stomach Grubling when I run

Quality of sleep improved tremendously

Clarity of mind vastly increased

Increased peace of mind (Matt pointed out to me how eating meat can make some people violent, which I feel was the case for me)

Increased peace of body (I no longer feel as though there is a war inside my body, and this helps my feel more relaxed)

Ability to see Light shooting out of my fingertips while performing Basic Tai Chi exercises (this only happened recently and it was the most exaggerrated experience of my life.

Hey Matt,

This is the lady that bought the pasta cooker, LOL. So glad you made this blog.

I had beans for three nights last last week, however, they were B&M, they were yummy with ketchup, but the name sure fits them. I won't be eating them anytime soon.

I wish you all the luck in the world, and can't wait till you know who comes home to cook me these great recipes.

Love jo
